This is a policy that governs how Web Design Ghana (Herein referred to as "Us", "We" or "Our") handles refund of payments made by any person or entity engaging the service(s) or buying product(s) from Web Design Ghana (herein referred to as "You" or "Your").

Web Design Service

All payments made for our web design by you is final. No refund will be issued. In an event where we are not able to fulfil our end of the agreement, such as but not limited to, failure to deliver the said products/services to you or  unable to honor your request, We will provide a full refund for the amount charged for the Website design/development, except in a case where domain registration and/or hosting is involved, in which case refund of your payment will be issued after deducting the cost of domain registration and/or hosting. All processing expenses will be deducted from your payment.

In a case where you wish to request for a refund for payment made to us, you are required to write a refund request email and e-mail it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. not later than 30 days after the payment is made.

Web Hosting Services

All our web hosting services have 30 days money back guarantee. This means that if you are not satisfied with our hosting services within the first 30 days of your purchase of such product, we will refund your money in full after all processing fees has been deducted.

You are required to cancel your order within the said duration to be eligible for refund. Nothing besides canceling the order, except in a case of technical problem with our billing software, will guarantee a refund of your payment.

Domain Name Services

All payments made for domain name services, including domain registration, transfer in and domain renewal, are not refundable.

SSL Certificates

Each SSL certificates it's own refund policy. You are required to take note of this before placing an order for a certificate. All SSL certificate has a minimum of 15 days money back guarantee.
